Mr. Weldon Wyatt

We’re pleased to announce that Mr. Weldon Wyatt will be a featured speaker at the event. luncheon. 
Mr. Wyatt founded and serves as CEO of Sage Valley Golf Club located in Graniteville, South Carolina.  After retiring in 2001 as an exclusive real-estate developer of Wal-Mart stores for over 20 years, Mr. Wyatt and his son Tom developed Sage Valley.  In addition to his leadership role at Sage Valley, Mr. Wyatt directs his attention to charities, education and community.  Mr. Wyatt has received numerous awards and special recognitions for his work. Weldon Wyatt lives in Graniteville, South Carolina with his wife Brenda.  They have three children and nine grandchildren. For more information on Sage Valley Golf Club, visit http://www.sagevalleygolf.com/.

Mr. Brad Johnson

A Georgia native, Johnson originally played basketball at Florida Statel before switching to football his third year. The Minnesota Vikings drafted Johnson in the ninth round of the 1992 draft. He spent seven seasons with the Vikings and two seasons with the Washington Redskins before becoming the starting quarterback at Tampa Bay in 2001. He led the Buccaneers to the Super Bowl XXXVII title. He played for the Buccaneers for four seasons from 2001 to 2004, the Minnesota Vikings for two more seasons from 2005 to 2006, and the Dallas Cowboys in 2007.

Mr. Chris Hammond

A Major League pitcher, Hammond was on the Atlanta Braves' roster in 2002. In 2002, Hammond pitched 76.0 innings in 63 games while posting a 0.95 ERA. Hammond became the fourth pitcher at that point in time to ever post an ERA below 1.00 while pitching over a full season with over an inning an appearance. Hammond also had a streak of nearly thirty consecutive scoreless innings during the season that helped him achieve this historic mark!

Mrs. Cindy Mackey

Cindy Mackey volunteers as ACMin's Prayer Ministry Director. Cindy competed on the LPGA Tour from 1983 to 1995 and was an LPGA winner in 1986! She was commissioned as a Prayer Minister in 2002 after signifiant training through St. James United Methodist Church in Athens .In 2004, having completed additional Prayer Ministry training, Cindy founded Hope Abounds Ministry. Established “for setting the captives free” as its primary focus, Hope Abounds Ministry expanded from Prayer Ministry to include individual discipleship, teaching small group Bible studies, and leading corporate prayer and worship gatherings. A gifted Bible teacher, Cindy is a member of the Women's Ministry Advisory Team at her church, Grace Fellowship, in Watkinsville. Cindy also holds a Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Christian Leadership University.
